Dandruff or cradle cap?

Dd8 has these scaly patches of skin on her scalp. They tend to be around the crown of her head. Around her ears and top of her neck is clear. Is it dandruff or cradle cap? And what would the best treatment be? The school is currently struggling with nits and I'm so worried the teachers will think the small white spots are headlice!

Yellow scaling says cradle cap to me. Maybe try Nizoral shampoo anyway. You leave it on a couple of minutes, twice a week. It will clear dandruff.

I was going to say Nizorel. It’s behind the counter at boots. It’s used for cradle cap or dandruff so will work.

Thanks, I've just googled Nizoral and it says it's for 12 years and up.

Could be scalp psoriasis rather than dandruff so nizoral or cold tar shampoo TGel could help.
