Best Greek Island if Disabled?

I have never been to Greece but looking to book a holiday there. Which Greek island would you go to if you want things to see and do, but one of your family has very limited mobility?

Rethymno in Crete is brilliant for disabled travellers. The town is completely flat, especially the area of the old town where you will most probably want to spend the most of your time. There are also facilities to enjoy the sea too with a wheelchair. Many of the main sites, including the Rimondi Fountain, the Guora Gate, the Aghios Frangiskos Church, the Piazza the entire seafront promenade and Venetian Harbor are accessible as well.
