Nothing I do makes a difference. The hard, crusty skin just returns if I slice it off.

Have you ever seen a chiropodist?

I use a microplane foot file on dry feet weekly
Then in the shower use exfoliating gloves and soap daily
At night apply a foot cream with urea and put socks on until it's absorbed

But I have to keep up with it or my feet get dry!

That Footner stuff makes your skin peel off in the short term, but it just comes back again.

Leave your feet alone!!!! No slicing, no foot we.

Hard skin develops because those points of your feet need protection.

Are you wearing socks and supportive / comfortable footwear?

My feet look a bit like that and apparently it’s athlete’s foot. I visit a podiatrist and she’s recommended antifungal cream.

Check your shoes have enough width for your toes too

Mine looked a bit like that when I first started getting Psoriasis.
Might be worth a visit to your GP if you've tried the usual stuff; Flexitol, pumice stone etc.

get some dermatonics/ccs cream anything on every single day. go see a good podiatrist

Another vote for flexitol. Even after 1 use my feet went from looking like a shedding snake to normal.

Those cracks look SORE.
I'd stop slicing, start moisturize intensively, and maybe add some antifungal stuff in.
Your feet also look folded in - are your shoes wide enough?

Boots dry and cracked foot softener cream. They'll improve overnight. I swear by it!
