Does anyone know if delivery drivers know what they are delivering?
I mean Amazon, DPD, Evri etc not the local pizza place.

No. Why would they. They don't have enough time to deliver the parcels let alone look at them.
Some companies might have their name on the box but I doubt the drivers know every company out there (or care).

An Amazon driver delivering stuff in Amazon packaging wouldn't have a clue what they're delivering but a driver for a parcel company delivering on behalf of a third party which specialises in certain items might be able to identify the sender and guess what they're delivering from that.

Many years ago I worked for a parcel company which delivered for a company well known for their sales of sex toys and lingerie. The drivers obviously didn't know exactly what they were delivering but they had a fair idea.

Sometimes it's obvious from the sender. Sometimes it's not. Amazon send things in open packaging sometimes.

Sometimes they do. So dpd deliver medical supplies to our home once a month (they have a contract with the medical supplier and becauseof what it is its classed as priority). They let me know if something is missing/is coming a different day seem to know a lot of detail however when they deliver other things they have no clue.
Delivery drivers must know if it's an expensive item because you have to give a code but I wouldn't imagine they know what it is.
