Samsung washing machine and Samsung Customer Service

I bought a Samsung washing machine off their website on 11 February and it was delivered and installed on 14 February. I used it 4 times but found that the door seal was disintegrating. I contacted Customer Services Thursday just gone by live chat and on the phone and my God what a experience. I don't know how many times I had to give my details, my order number and model number.

This is the outcome. The washing machine will be picked up on Monday 27th but I can't have a replacement for 7-10 working days after they receive it back. However I can cancel the order and buy a new one from them which can be delivered in 2 working days but I would have to wait 7-10 working days for a refund of the faulty machine.

I told them to refund my money including the installation fee and I'll get a washing machine from somewhere else.

I have since found that the clothes I did wash actually haven't been washed as there are still marks on the clothes and no fresh detergent smell either.

I am now without a washing machine. I wanted a Samsung as friends love theirs and it had a 5 year warranty but have been so let down and one star reviews I read about them on AO about the door seal which isn't under warranty and appalling customer service have put me in a downward spiral. I don't have it in me to find another brand of washing machine at the moment.

Could someone please give me recommendations, for a 9kg drum, 1400 or 1600 spin, rating A, good customer service, preferably under £500. No rush as I'm off to the launderette now. Thanks.
