DS has chickenpox some of which have become infected, he’s started on an antibiotic and cream for these this evening. When going to bed he’s noticed a weird mark in his mouth. It’s sort of like lose skin but is grey in colour. Anyone know what these is? Is it linked to chickenpox?
Do I need to be concerned? I’ve added a photo

Not medical, but I expect it's linked to the chicken pox. I'd wait until they go (hopefully soon!) and then reassess if it's still there once they've cleared.

@TokyoSushi thats what I’m hoping! Just doesn’t look anything like a chicken pock and the colour is odd

No, they don't look like chicken pox in the mouth, they are grey coloured so that's probably what it is

Moonopoly · 24/02/2023 22:48

ah okay thanks @Tilllly I tried to Google but couldn’t find anything on that. Have you experienced it - does it look like DS’?

There's a bit on it here if that helps

My DS had a couple but they didn't last nearly as long as the ones on his body
