can anyone give suggestions on how to improve your interview skills please?
I can’t get past interview stage. I’m currently a civil servant SEO. I’ve only just been promoted to this grade on a temporary basis - I’ve been applying for other roles to start once my current contract finishes as it’s only 3 months long.
My main issues are Imposter syndrome and Virtual interviews. I don’t think I come across as well on camera & I hate looking at myself in the meeting camera. I never really need the webcam camera on in my current role.
