What's it like to have someone who cares?

At no point have I had anyone that genuinely cares. No one to stand by me, stand up for me, support me, not give up on me... I want to know how does it feel to be loved and cared for.

It is nice. You can share burdens and celebrations together.

Have you ever been that person for someone else? Their cheerleader?

All the tension in your shoulders when you think "what's the point" all that lifts.

That's what it physically feels like.

I have people i could go to with problems but i dont because i feel I'd be a burden. And tbh i generally am strong now

People who have my back, in a way if someone was to be vile, or for example rip me off with a DIY job or something or be ' bullied' Well my DF DB and DH would see to it. There have been many occasions when I was younger when DF and DB stepped in
