Has anyone had the chat with DP/DH about the "load" not being shared or undertaken equally? We both work full time, him at work, me WFH. DC 6&8. I need to have this chat and don't really know where to start. Has anyone got any positive stories? I feel like it was more equal until I WFH and as my job can be flexible I feel he is relying on me more that is acceptable.
