Hi
I have a parcel out for delivery with Evri. I got an email this morning confirming that the parcel will be delivered between 2:30pm and 4.30pm today. However, I received an email at 1.45 stating that 'There is a delay with the delivery of your parcel. Don’t worry, we will send you a message on Thursday 23 February regarding your delivery'. I went onto the tracking which stated:
'We’re sorry we’re not able to deliver your parcel today, but we will deliver it on the next working day'.
Does anyone know if this means that Evri attempted to deliver but failed, or if the parcel is just delayed for some reason?
I've tried to make contact with them to ask the question, but no success.
