Hi, I've included my meal plans which have also vegan and GF options with them because I end up cooking for lots of different requirements.
I very rarely spend alot of money on food because i typically know what we're having in advance, but no matter how hard I try to stop just having the same kind of stuff I can get stuck with so many to cater for.
Anyway, if you fancy sharing your meal plans here or just want to nose at mine and give any suggestions, I'd really enjoy this kind of thread.
Monday
- veggie lasagne & salad/Cottage pie and veggies/chilli and jacket potato/Spaghetti Bolognese or meatballs.
Tuesday - Greek salad, roast chicken thighs & lemon and garlic roasted potatoes. /spicy chicken tacos, Mexican rice and salad with roasted corn on cob with chili butter and feta cheese. /cheese and spicy roasted pepper and chicken quesadillas with salad.
Wednesday - sweet potato & chickpea curry, bulked with cauliflower & carrots, rice. Topped with yogurt & coriander. / salad with roasted peppers, carrots and onions, topped with couscous and Hummus. / crustless quiche, sweet potato wedges and salad.
Thursday - creamy tomato Spaghetti with roasted pepper and onions. Garlic bread. /Pesto butterfly pasta with bacon and mushroom./ pork and fennel linguine./mac and cheese.
Friday - salmon teriyaki with brown rice and stir fried vegetables. /
Fish and chips with mushy peas./ boiled potatoes, white fish and Mediterranean sauce./ Kedgeree.
Saturday - panko coated chicken thigh burgers, salad and homemade wedges and coleslaw./
/Butternut squash Risotto./ Lamb tagine with herby couscous.
Sunday - roast dinner./ toad in hole/stew & crusty bread/hotpot./Tuscan pulled pork with green veggies and roast potatoes./fish pie with vegetables.(Jamie Oliver recipe) / chicken & mushroom pie with mustard mash. /Bacon ribs & vegetable soup with baguette/ gammon, chips, egg and peas.

*Salad ideally either tons of roasted peppers/onions or fresh mint and coriander to keep them interesting with different dressings.
Menus - gluten and vegan (DF for dairy free cheese)
Burgers - tesco patties DF cheese/ GF buns, salad, fries.
Sausages- mash, veg & gluten free gravy/
In tomato and red pepper sauce with rice/
On toast with loaded hash browns.
Curry - chicken style pieces, veg, coconut milk & herbs and spices.
Different pastes.
(Indian/Thai pastes are ideal.)
Mushroom, tofu (or egg if not vegan) & spring onion fried rice with chips and GF curry sauce
Rice with veg, falafels/pakoras/onion bhaji, salad with mango chutney and sour cream slaw.
GF Pesto - mushroom, onion spinach, peas & sweetcorn, DF cream cheese & DF parmesan
Soup - homemade soup - potato and leek and broccoli, spicy butternut squash/ pea and mint / tomato and red pepper / blind scouse/ Moroccan style chickpeas with roasted veggies
Salad - lettuce, tomatoes, onion, herbs, dressing, Hummus, mixed beans in Bulgar wheat/ packet grains, crispy tofu and wraps or pitas.
Mushroom, lentil & vegan mince Spaghetti Bolognese.
Cottage Pie & Veg
Chilli & rice & sweet potato fries
Lasagne made with DF cheese and a free from white sauce (unless you've a decent vegan white sauce recipe!)
Roast potatoes, veg, DF cauli and broccoli bake, root veg mash, gf stuffing and gravy with GF Sausages or nut roasts.
veggie chicken pieces with Peanut butter & GF soy sauce with mushroom fried rice and roasted chilli broccoli with spring onions
Korean style tofu or quorn pieces with stir fried veg and rice or rice noodles.
Baked potatoes, beans and DF cheese

Baked potatoes with vegan feta with salad and sweetcorn.
Bbq jackfruit with Sweet potato wedges and lots of coriander.
Redang jackfruit with coconut rice and Cucumber salad.

Meatless Farm Mince with 5 spice and veggie fried rice with spring onion and coriander
Buffalo cauliflower with salad, roasted veg and micro grains or couscous with Hummus
Oomph - pulled pork with SP wedges & salad/doner kebab pieces with salad and fries Hummus & homemade smoked Garlic mayo & GF wraps.
Veggie meatballs with mash and cranberry sauce. & GF gravy (or Swedish gravy if GF isn't necessary)
Spinachi - tagliatelle with spinach, mushrooms cooked in plant based white sauce topped with vegan cheese and basil with GF garlic bread
Vegan & GF pizza - roasted peppers and spinach, cooked and sliced quorn Sausages, roasted butternut squash.
Serve with loaded fries made with tesco Free from cheese sauce and topped with veggie cheese, spring onions and red onion chutney
Veggie steak, chips, mushrooms, onion, peas and peppercorn sauce
Vegan cassoulet with crusty bread.
5 bean chilli topped wedges and spicy slaw.
Couscous stuffed peppers with homemade salsa and rocket and Cucumber salad.
Keep food interesting with lots of herbs, Dips and dressings, but try to avoid mayo heavy ones as lots of added cals.

Nothing I cook is difficult and I try to use as much as I can that's budget friendly.
