Baby clothes used by a child for a doll

Would you use baby clothes for your new born / prem baby that have been used by a child playing with reborn dolls for a couple of years?

DD have two storage boxes of baby clothes (one boys and one girls) for her reborns. 50/50 new and given to her by friends with babies.

We’re now about to sort through them all as she no longer really plays with them.

Would you want them for your new baby?

I can’t decide if it’s just the same (or better / worse) as having them passed on second hand from an actual baby? on one hand they won’t have been sicked / shit on daily like other used clothes but then won’t have been washed as regularly and had a child touching them more often. Obviously they would all be washed before being used on a new baby?

I'd wash them all and never mention the doll part. Those reborn dolls are pretty unnerving.

How would they know?
Used baby clothes are often passed on/sold so, if someone is happy to have second hand stuff, then I don’t see it matters if they’ve been worn by a doll or an actual baby tbh.

A friends young daughter was delighted to pass on some of her dolls baby clothes to DS, I washed them and he wore them :) I didn't think anything of it!
