Daughters ex has just got out of prison. At meetings she was told as part of the safety plan she would be told what area he's been put. Not his actual address but the borough. So that she knows to keep away from the area. But now they have said they can't tell her due to confidentiality. So now she does not know where to avoid.

Does she have an IDVA?

I have forgot what that is? She has a social worker. Also there have been MARAC meetings

Does he know where she is? Whats in place to protect her? Can the social worker confirm he isn't in her area?
Idva is independent domestic violence advocate, she should have/had one if heard at MARAC

We know he's not in the borough. But he could be in the next borough for all we know. Depending on what end of it could be 10.mins on the train.

To protect her was meant to be security door. Locks for windows and security camera . That was given the ok with the council but they have now back tracked and said they can do the other stuff but not the front door.

We are not 100% about if he knows where she lives or not . He said he did . but he would not tell professionals where he thinks she is. And he says he knows things when he does not to play mind games.

There's a restraining order .
