Boredom

Does anyone else get very bored/fed up for no apparent reason?

I realise that this is a very minor problem in the grand scheme of things so don't want to cause any offence.

I'm not usually one to get bored easily, but at the moment every day/week is the same and it doesn't feel that there's much to look forward to or get excited about.

It's a cycle of work, housework, shopping, cooking. Weekends are taken up with kids sports which they really enjoy, but no time for spontaneous days out, and even when there is, we've done such a lot over the years that everything feels samey. We've done all the local theme parks, zoo, restaurants, museums several times over.

Any suggestions how to snap out of it?

I'm lucky enough to live in a place with plenty the best of shops, cinemas, leisure centres, restaurants and green spaces, we've got Netflix and every tv channel doing so really don't know what is the matter with me.

I don't know what's the matter with you but it's the matter with me too.
