Can I get a recommendation please on a book on puberty for a 10 year old girl ?

I got my daughter this one.

My 11 year old likes 'My Period' by Milli Hill.

Another recommendation for Milli Hill's 'My Period': it doesn't just cover periods, but puberty more general, and it just generally really positive and upbeat. DD is slightly younger at 9, and she's had the 'Let's Talk About the Birds and the Bees: Starting conversations about the facts of life' by Molly Potter for a while too. Might be a bit young for a 10 year old, but my DD still likes the illustration + text books rather than lots of text, so still gets on with the Molly Potter.

"The Care and Keeping of You" published by American Girl. Very suitable for girls aged 8-10.

This book covers all the elements that go into puberty, with handy hacks for period problems, a massive dose of encouragement and a You Can Do This vibe. Very practical, very focused on positive, healthy lifestyle, eating well, good hygiene, exercise, getting enough sleep, starting to take responsibility for your own choices. Doesn't overwhelm a young girl with details about sex. Keeps that cart nicely behind the horse. It's a great preparation for a child about to enter puberty.

Also "The Care and Keeping of You 2" for girls a bit older (10-12). More detailed than the first book.

I'd get both together.

The books are great conversation starters, with a huge amount of info.
