Hi @middlegroundd has your bubba recently had a jab?
Is the dry skin just on the tummy?

middlegroundd · 21/02/2023 12:58

Hi @Summer2424 No she last had her 16 week jabs nearly 5 weeks ago, it's also on her back and a small patch on her arm. Sometimes she gets this spotty rash come up too where the patches are

Looks like my DDs skin when she had eczema, but best to check with doc if you're worried.

We found Aveeno (the one specifically for ezcema) was better than the moisturisers prescribed by doc

She also has a milk allergy, so I'm pretty convinced it is eczema, the doctors didn't bother to look at it just said to stop using soap !

Hi @middlegroundd the 16 week jab really wasn't great for my baby, she got raised bumpy dry skin on her tummy. Prior to the jab my baby had patches like your baby of dry skin. Try Aveeno baby, pic below, hopefully should clear up xx

Child's farm fragrance free moisturiser is what I used on my DD when she had eczema and have continued with this everyday and only rarely does she get a small patch on her arms.

Thank you everyone. I do already have that aveeno cream !! I used it on her cheeks when they were dry and it worked a treat.

What can I use on her hair ? It gets so greasy very fast but now I'm worrying about shampoo etc. I currently use the aveeno 2in1 stuff

Hi @middlegroundd i use the Aveeno 2 in 1 too. My baby's hair is dry lol i massage pure coconut butter on her hair then wash with Aveeno.
