Hairdresser scissor recommendations

Cut hair at home, last scissors have gone blunt I think. Any recommendations for any from Amazon? Around £20 I think I want to pay. What’s the ideal length etc?

Salfom scissors are good. Dog groomer though, not hair dresser.
