Child benefit: applied October 2022, still heard nothing

I don't even know if they've received my application (never received acknowledgment).

Is it possible to chase? I can't find how to do this online.

They say it is backdated up to three months. I'm assuming this is three months before the date of my application rather than now- is that correct?

Thank you. I've just signed into the gov I'm website and all I can see is my childcare info.

It will be on the HMRC website not the gov one.
