Can anyone help me? I need to go to an appt on Wednesday at the passport office to get a fast-track 1 week replacement passport as mine was lost or stolen yesterday. I have just got the form from the post office and the booklet which "explains" what supporting documentation you need to take. I have read the booklet many times now and cannot work out what documentation I am supposed to take (photo attached). Am I being stupid? Has anyone been to the appt (for a replacement passport?)
