What savoury pancake fillings do you like?

We've got a variety of sweet fillings we all like, but I'm stuck for savoury ideas beyond cheese & onion which dd2 won't eat.

Inspire me, please!😋

I do these! Also chicken and mushroom in a creamy sauce, Cajun chicken and peppers and Thai green curry.

Dh does chopped mushrooms in a creamy, garlicky sauce.

Sautéed leeks, crispy bacon bits, grated cheddar. Delish!

Not sure if you already do this but buckwheat crepes are lovely.

emmental and ham
spinach and egg
Or all four with so,e sliced tomato - galette complet like they do it in France. Delicious!

Curried mince rolled into a pancake then smothered with cheese sauce, then a blast in the oven. Can't wait.
