HELP - Can you generate an electronic form to email for feedback?

I need to send a form over for feedback on a product.

I used to just email or post out but is there a way I can produce a link to an electronic form I have already made for the person to fill in and return?

Yes, use Microsoft forms or SurveyMonkey

can you use MS Forms? you create a feedback form, and you can then send a link to the form you have created. it's very simple to use (if you have access to it). Or survey monkey I think have a free version you can use.

It will be an ongoing feedback form - as and when people use the product etc.

Never done a MS form before 😶will have a go.

Or you can do a Google form if you have a Google account. check the settings before you send it out.

Google forms are easiest. You just send a link. Very handy

Yep - google forms are very easy to use.

If you need to collate the responses you can set MS Forms up to collect the responses in a spreadsheet. You should be able to Google a tutorial to show you how to do it.
