I'm just drinking my cup of coffee, in my spot, while I do a little bit more crochet broccoli to go with the other Supertato props. He's definitely the most time consuming!

Both girls are awake for a change so we're going to get dressed soon & head out to a local-ish Home Bargains for snacks for dd1 to take on her residential next week. We'll nip in Asda too for a few things to go on pancakes 😋

When we get in, there are a few small things to do. Dd2 wants help to wrap her friends birthday present and take off some stick on nails, as well as try out a Butter Beer recipe she found on Pinterest. I could do with getting everything for Tuesday evening's Rainbow and Guide meetings in one place to hand to my friend who runs Brownies so she can get the Rainbows started with their activity - I might be late this week, dd2's parents evening is on Tuesday.

Slow cooked pork for tea, possibly as sandwiches on tiger bread, with stuffing. I might do roasties too 🤔

Later on, probably more broccoli for me, and making sure the girls are sorted for tomorrow. I've already done the courses we were asked to complete so have an additional day off. Looking forward to the house to myself!

What about all of you? 🙂

I had a good workout this morning, trying to get back into the habit, and now I'm drinking tea before I do the vacuuming and mopping. Need to get the house nice and clean before my mum arrives tomorrow for a visit. DS is supposed to be tidying up the playroom but he's just making more of a mess. OH is outside doing the snow work. DD is still asleep as she doesn't have to go anywhere today.

After I've done the cleaning I'll fry some vendace for lunch as a treat and watch Death in Paradise with DD when she finally wakes up.

Do some reading practice with DS later and maybe some skiing practice (cross-country skiing - the children have got a race next Sunday and hoping DS will manage a bit better than last year when he managed to make his 200m race last longer than all the other races combined Grin was very exciting when he finally crossed the finishing line!). DD hates skiing but does the race because every child gets a bag of sweets and a cup of hot juice afterwards Grin

Still in bed drinking tea (thanks DH) with a cat on me. Will get up and shower shortly then we are going to a secure dog field with some friends, followed by a pub lunch. Our dog has good recall but theirs doesn’t so this way we can let them off together and they can have a good run.

Not sure what’s for dinner, I’ve got some leftover chicken and rice we could have. We won’t want much after the pub lunch.

DD's 15 and 18 are in their rooms. DH is on his PlayStation, me and dd7 are lounging on the sofa.
I've been to aldi for packed lunch stuff for dd. This afternoon I'm taking my mum to buy some flowers for her friend who has been unwell, then off to pick up DH's birthday cake then later we're going out for tea. Then back home bath dd7 sort uniforms for work/school and watch dancing on ice with a glass of wine
