Three periods in one month

Hi all, I'm just wondering if anyone's had the same situation. I've just come on my period for the third time completely unannounced. I've woken up and I've sadly bled everywhere and it's incredibly heavy. I had a period a week ago and the week prior to that. Never experienced anything like it, so I'm wondering if this could potentially be an early miscarriage?

Or due to stress. Always had regular periods and before that was on contraception for a long period of time.

i have just had the same, three in one month and normally I don’t have any due to the pill. I am a little concerned by it
