Label printer (for Vinted selling)

I have a HUGE pile of bits to giveaway and sell…I’ve started using Vinted but only as a buyer so far and would like to start using it to sell.

  • I don’t have a printer and the ones I’ve looked at are quite big and I don’t want to sacrifice the space
  • Has anyone got/used a label printer and would you recommend (and if you would, what model do you have?)
  • pros and cons?
Thank you!

I'm not sure which delivery companies are close to you, but next to me, Evri's parcel shop allows you to print the label in the store, and for Yodel they don't allow you to print - you simply wrap the parcel and turn up with a qr code for them to scan, then they affix a label at the counter. Might be worth checking what you can do at your local parcel delivery drop offs and you might not need to invest any space or money in a printer!
Good luck - I've earned over £200 just on bits and pieces sold on Vinted. Very satisfying!

I work in a library & we get loads of people coming in to print labels. We're open 6 days a week & charge 20p per sheet of A4 in black & white. Would that be an option for you?

I wouldn't bother - you can set your postage options so just choose ones where there is no need to print a label, which Vinted has recently moved towards making the majority of the options. So evri, yodel, inpost you don't need to print a label at all. Even royal mail there's an option now whereby if you buy the postage online the postie will come to your house to pick it up and bring the label with them for no extra charge. As a back up, as the pp said there is always the local library.
