Wine glasses that don't break easily?

Sorry couldn't decide which board to post this under!

Can anyone recommend some wine glasses that don't break easily?

I feel like I've gone through loads in the past 6 months that have all broken! I really need some sturdy ones.

The cheapest thick ones don't break

Pound shop ones. I have some from my student days (many moons ago). They last way better that any others I have had. Or non stem wine glasses (like fancy tumbles).

Also just going to say stemless!

50p ones from asda. They are quite thick glass. They also do 50p champagne flutes which are fab

Buy tempered glass.

There are a couple of brands that make them.

Stemless ones are popular these days.

These are my favourites, I love them and they are very robust, but not to everyone's taste Ravenhead tulip wineglasses

This. I got mine cheap in Morrisons they bounce 😃 I've got fancy ones that come out in a blue moon.

I got some from primark which were about £6 for a pack of 4 and they seem indestructible. They are made from recycled glass so maybe that’s their secret but I’ve even dropped one on the floor and it didn’t break!

Asda

All the way. Cheap as chips and pretty indestructible.

Hate them and they don't "hold right"

We save the nice crystal ones for special occasions and use little Duralex glasses for everyday use - good for orange juice as well and easy to pop in the dishwasher.

Came on to say these. Brilliant basic glasses. Very hard to break and great in dishwasher.

Ordinary goblet-shaped, cheap supermarket ones.

A relative of dh has a beautiful chateau in France, with an impressive wine cellar - much of it very expensive. But the only glasses he uses now are those, for whatever wine - all the fancier ones were endlessly getting broken in the dishwashers.

Ooh I came on to say Duralex too! Sometimes on offer on Ocado if you ever shop there
