Currently TTC. My cycle is 40+ days and it's so hard to find out when i'm ovulating even when using ovulation sticks, so I am trying to symptom track as much as possible.
It seems for around one day every month or so I get lower right back pain and an AWFUL mood. And I mean awful. I avoid having to speak with my partner / family on those days because i'm so worried my mood will make me say something to upset them!
Does anyone else experience this with ovulation or is this all in my head?
