I have a load of cabbage I need to use up and I love coleslaw but I can't eat this much. Will it freeze ok?

It will go soft and soggy.

No. It will go watery and horrible.

No, it'll be greasy, watery and pretty disgusting. You could cook the cabbage and freeze it to use later. When thawed just stir it round in a pan until really hot and mix in butter and black pepper.
