Anyone successfully changed their life?

Im looking for any good self help/guidance resources to help me totally change my life.
I have several areas im really not happy with. Ive managed to change one area- as my username states I have found a new job as that was really weighing heavily on me.
With a new job I want to do a bit of a reset but suffering with ADHD can really affect my mindset and motivation.
Has anyone got any advice they can offer or any self help books etc?

It would help if you can tell us what specifically you're trying to change. Are you medicated for your ADHD? Do you feel it helps?

I went from a reserved, self conscious recluse who spent most of their free time gaming, living at home still, working a mundane 9-5 job and stuck in a long term relationship with someone who I no longer loved... to within a year, in a career worlds apart, happily single, more friends than ever, and getting my own place in a different city... to within the next five years, moving cities again and buying a bigger house than I could have ever imagined having in my earlier 20s, in a relationship with someone I would have previously regarded as being "way out of my league", a beautiful daughter, and on the brink of becoming self employed in a limitless possibility sector.

There's an easy solution, but being able to execute on it takes a hell of a lot of internal, behind the scenes work. Self help books might get you on the path towards it but they won't walk it for you.
