Did you ever start out crap at something then became really good?

Maybe it was work, a hobby, maybe it was dealing with particular situations.

I was always really shy as a child and hated talking but now I LOVE my job in customer services. I really thrive on going the extra mile and making a difference to people. Tell this to my 20 year old self and she'd squirm at the thought of it 🤣

Any one any more examples?

Maths! I was not great at school in maths and only ever got it at university. When I got my first banking job in the city I wish my old maths teacher would have seen me.
