Had my Mirena coil removed and a new one inserted today. I haven't had periods for the past 5 years thanks to it but obviously after the fiddling with my cervix today I've been bleeding since. I'm assuming it's just trauma, too soon to be hormonal and I already have the hormones still from the last one?
How long did you bleed after replacement? I don't know whether its worth buying some more sanitary towels, I have a few here for guest emergencies but wonder if it it will be more than a day! Am I being optimistic? 🤣
