Motivation at work

I'll start by saying I enjoy my job and I don't think I'm bored
However I really struggle with motivation at work when there's no pressure/deadlines. I hate myself for being this way as I let all my work mount up and then feel very stressed, which I really don't like.
As much as I try to be disciplined, I will find myself procrastinating /helping others rather than focusing on my own work, until it's a mad panic to get everything done.
Is anyone else like this? If so, have you found anything that helps?

I set myself a rota of routine tasks, and allow myself breaks to daydream for a bit throughout. Then follow the rota whether I want to or not. Everything generally gets completed.

I get bored and frustrated at work.

I listen to binaural beats when I need to focus.

We have regular project checkins that keep me accountable 3 times a week.

Try not to book back to back meetings. Regular breaks actually help keep the brain active.
