A friend has brought me over some of those bakery cookies from sainsburys (the 4 in a pack soft ones) and I’m not going to eat them all before they go out of date. Can you freeze and defrost later?

I mean, I probably could eat them all tbh but 15 by Tuesday is quite alot

I've no idea.
But if they are going to waste I you don't freeze them, surely it's worth a go?
I'd microwave or oven heat them on defrosting to get them warm and soft tho.

I freeze these every week for my Sons rugby cafe. They take an hour to defrost and taste the same 😋

Yes. You can remake them too
