I have flare ups and it's awful, on my face. Fuciden helps but any tips on how to prevent? I've just bought sulphur soap. I don't know if it's hormones, face picking, stress but there's no clear reason for the flare up

Nizoral shampoo to wash your hair letting it run down your face. Used every week or two should help prevent flares.

Nizoral shampoo is a must. Sleep with hair off your face.miconazole cream helped too.

I find it's at its worst when hormones are raging and when stressed. The changing between cold and hot air doesn't help it either.
