My daughter is 17 and has a dream of being a Paramedic. However, she has a heart condition (Long QT Syndrome) and has lifelong medication to help with this. She has been allowed to do PE at school and can, generally, do all activities as long as she doesn’t put too much strain on her heart - not to do anything really competitive in other words.
Will this condition stop her from attaining this goal of being a Paramedic?
