Is this impetigo? WARNING photo included!

My ds fell over at school and grazed his knee two weeks ago (the middle bit in photo is the original graze) and it’s taking a while to heal. On Monday it was oozing thick stuff but pharmacist we saw didn’t think it was infected. It’s still oozing and smells but now there are other raised spots oozing around it. Obviously will try see pharmacist again on Monday/GP but wondered if it now looks like impetigo. Any ideas? He’s fine and well in himself.

Yes that looks like impetigo. Some pharmacies open on a Sunday, I know Boots does.

Or at the very least an infection

Defo in need of some Fucidin cream, whatever it is

Thanks will try Boots tomorrow but if no luck there GP on Monday. He’s just got over a bad throat infection with a temperature of 40 degrees so not having much luck this week!
