What is it called when someone cannot accept that in the years that have gone by between you seeing someone, their life hasn't changed?
I know there's a name for it, but I can't remember it.
It's like when you can't picture someone outside of when you can see them? So if you say goodbye to your colleague at the end of the day, you can't imagine they go home and eat dinner and watch TV.
I'm sure there's a name for it, but I can't for the life of me remember it.
Can anyone shed any light on this please?
