What does your PTA sell at school discos? Looking for ideas for some different things we can sell for fund raising at our school discos.

A lot of glow sticks!

Space Raiders
Haribo mix bags that they've made up
Glow sticks
bubbles

everything 20p a go so they likely don't make much tbh!

Light up toys , mixture of soft drinks and bottled water. Crisps, sweets, chocolate bars. We have someone doing tattoos and face painting as well.

Glow sticks sound a good idea

Food of some sort (last time was hot dogs and chips), drinks including alcohol for adults (all adults are parents - no drinking teachers supervising children obviously), sweets and crisps, I think glowsticks/bracelets and temporary tattoos were free last time, but they definitely could have been sold. There was a raffle too.

angelopal · 10/02/2023 15:25

Currently do drink, sweets and crisps included in the ticket price. If kids want extra they can buy them.

Have been selling glow sticks. They are really popular. Just looking for inspiration on what else to sell.

Will look at light up toys. Think things like bubbles will make to much of a mess.

For hot dogs do you need someone with a food hygiene certificate?
