DS has started throwing up this morning. Without fail no matter how much I clean etc I always catch them a couple of days later. Last time I ate a Chinese a few hours before I got poorly and let’s just say it wasn’t good. Which foods aren’t too bad to throw up? I know it’s disgusting but would love to avoid a repeat of something like last time😬 It know it’s a strange ask but I have Emetephobia and tend to over think these things
