I was trying to get Dd to play the travelling lemon (well actually I think it was the travelling satsuma) last time we were on a train journey but she refused. Maybe next time…

I must admit we've never played in transit but hopefully we'll rectify that one day. DD (18) is as big a Cabin Pressure fan as I am which makes me so happy. Every now and then one of us swipes a lemon from the fruit bowl and WhatsApp the other to say The Lemon Is In play.
Douglas and Herc will definitely be wordle rivals!

As a newbie can I ask what it means when I get Huh? Thanks 😊

It just means you have 5 green letters that make a proper word but it's not one of the 'answer' words

The other quirk of xordle is that if you get your first answer forrect on guess no. 8 it gives you a bonus go! So your score could be 9 out of 8 🤣

I mean those green letters are in correct positions but some feature in one answer word and the others feature in the other answer word.
