I am not sure which service to ask for. Am pretty sure have all BG homecare except appliances, but can’t check as app/ website won’t let me in atm,just says is having problems.
My electrics on part of one side of house went down tonight, taking out boiler, freezers and internet. Also bathroom electrics.(am ground floor flat).
Cant isolate individual fuse problem. Booked engineer for boiler tomorrow after some struggle, but now wondering if it should be electrician. How do I know? And if boiler person comes( booked between 12-6, so if turns up at 5.55) and is electrics, what do I do? And will food in freezer be ok? Haven’t opened door.
First world problems but could so do without this.

I have had a boiler guy from BG refuse to do a very simple job as it was a "different team" needed. So I'd probably cancel rebook an electrician.
