Where to buy the best hamper?

Looking for recommendations. I want to get my friend a hamper as a gift, looking for something £50-60 or less, good value so lots for your money and general stuff so either foodie, drinks or toiletries/ candles.
I've looked online so much but stuff never seems great value with just a couple of things for a lot of money. Looking to see if anyone has found the perfect place to get hampers from!
Thanks

probably the best way would be buy a hamper box and then fill it with items you know she would like rather than the ones that always seem to have stuff that some of it would be good but has items that no one would use ever

You don’t really get lots for your money because you aren’t just paying for the goods off the shelf.

You are paying for the overheads involved in running the business eg heat, light, insurance etc, the staff wages for them to pick the items from the goods they offer, the ‘hamper’ (be it box & cellophane or wicker basket), the time arranging the items, the bow, shredded paper, the ink for printing out the gift note etc then the wrapping of the hamper in a box or parcel of some sort & the postage.

I’ve just paid £45 for one bottle or red wine and 2 little cheeses! If I had any sort of clue what to get the person as a ‘thank you’ it wouldn’t have cost me that much.

I agree with making your own. Buy any generic basket and the clear cellophane stuff and some ribbon then fill it yourself, you'll save soo much money and it will look just as good.

Make your own! You can get so much more for your money. I do this when I do hampers and friends and family have loved them!
