any techy people know if there is a programme that can..

so I run kids groups and one activity we do is different depending on the kids.
I have a picture (eg a flower/parrot/lion's mane) with different sections.

Then I put one fun fact about each child in the group in one section of the picture. So each petal has one fun fact in.

The way I make them at the moment is that I print off the picture and hand write in the fun facts in the petals and then photocopy the result. It is slow and the handwriting isn't as neat as print.

I was thinking that there must be a way of generating a picture with 'blanks' in and then I write 10 facts in a list and the programme sticks them in the 'blanks'

It would be nice if there was also a second area with same function where I could put their names. Eg the leaves of the flower are the names and the petals are the fun facts.

Anyone know of a programe that can generate these?

You could do this in Word by mis-using a mail merge. Put a text box on each petal and have the facts in a small data file.

Not sure I completely understand, but you may be able to just use Microsoft Word. Add the picture then lots of text boxes without borders on where you type the "labels".

the problem is not doing it once, it is having a template that I can come back to quickly and just type in 10 sentences and the programe sticks the fun facts in the right place.
I do the same thing with different groups, so I don't want to have to create from scratch every time.

In that case the mail merge options a good plan.

Could you use canva? You could upload your own template or choose one of there’s and then add text boxes and other detail to it if you wanted.
