I'm in a large amdram club where we're split into a few groups that put on our own shows.
I was performing & during the show I look at the front row and there is this guy - I just thought 'woah' when I saw him. Not because he was Brad Pitt, just a strong feeling. We locked eyes & kept looking back at each other. 😂
Now a couple of times after that I was planning to say hello but he would never meet my eye in passing. Ater the last time this happened I thought 'ah well, I'll just drop it'. But this week before he walked on stage he said hello to me with a big smile (and some blushing). As he was performing he kept locking eyes with me and I just felt pure magic the whole time. I've felt that only twice with previous exes.
This sounds mad I know as I don't know him. But we have mutual friends in common - I'm close friends with his best mate and he is close friends with my best mate. I know he's single but that's all. I suspect he might be a confident performer but shy personally. How do I gently approach without scaring him off? 😁
