Food Warehouse and Iceland - same prices?

Hi does anybody know if Iceland and Food Warehouse have their stock at the same prices as each other?

My nearest food warehouse is 20 miles away, Iceland is 7 miles.

I imagine so as they’re the same company. I think that Food Warehouse does more bulk items and more fridge and fresh stuff.

i struggle to keep it frozen (mines 20m a way too) so maybe find a good cool bag system

It's February, stick all frozen in the same bag with each other. How much defrosted does it get in 20 minutes?
