InPost has lost my parcel

I've sold something on Vinted to the value of about £50. I posted using InPost lockers . This was now 2 weeks ago and tracking shows that it's stopped moving on January 24th in one of our northern cities.

The buyer is being amazingly patient and understanding.

What do I do now? I haven't got much Vinted experience but even less so as a seller! InPost are impossible to contact as well.

Have you phoned them? I got through to InPost via phone. Had to wait about 20 mins but I spoke to somebody finally.

You've just reminded me that i posted something last week with them, but have had nothing through!
