What are your house and kitchen essentials?

Just that. What are your kitchen must haves and the things that make your house cosy and practical?

Kitchen - essential:
good knives and pans.
A chopping board (ikea is fine)
Pyrex measuring jug in 1l and 2l sizes
spatula (i like the ikea ones)
microplane grater
Good quality metal roasting tin, 2 sandwich tins, loaf tin for baking.
Kettle
Toaster
Casserole dish

Nice to have:
kitchen aid or equivalent (i actually have a kenwood chef)
rice cooker
fancy ceramic baking dish
le creuset / staub (ie expensive casserole dish)

Rest of House
Nice to have:
posh sofa blanket/ throw e.g cashmre
attractive side lights
nice cushions/ rug

Quooker tap
Dishwasher
Large fridge freezer as possible
Space for table or open plan to dining area

What makes my house cosy: fire. I have had wood burners and now have a gas one.
I also have exposed brick and rugs and paintings. Quite a bit of colour. I always have flowers too and lots of light.
