Had a lovely full English Veggie Brekkie in Cafe the other day. It included two sausages (veggie) that tasted like the Dutch smoked 'ring' sausage we used to have. Ours used to be boiled i water but I don't think these were?
Thicker than normal sausages and a smokey taste. I did not ask where they came from because I thought if it was catering I doubted they are sold in the shops? I dunno.
Has anyone came across these?
