Quick gluten-free question

I have a guest tonight who is celiac. I can’t ask her the question as she’s in work at the moment.

I want to make some home made coleslaw. My recipe is usually the usual veg suspects (carrot, cabbage, onion) and I add Greek yogurt and mayonnaise (I have Helmanns and their website confirms GF). A handful of raisins and a good dollop of whole grain mustard.

the mustard I have is maille whole grain.

the ingredients are here:
groceries.asda.com/product/mustard/maille-wholegrain-mustard/910000459562

googling tells me variously yes, but a couple of websites don’t list it as GF.

Am I okay to use or should I avoid?

(I am being very careful of cross contamination too)

It doesn't include any of the ingredients I've been told to look out for when a celiac friend comes to visit.

Is maille wholegrain mustard gluten-free?
Maille Dijon Originale Mustard is gluten free. Enjoy the classic and original French Dijon Mustard with your next meal. Add a touch of gourmet quality and flavour to your dish with Maille Dijon Originale. Spread it on sandwiches, use it within a mustard vinaigrette or in a variety of chicken and fish recipes.

Thanks. I think it could be something to do with the very specific vinegar used, some are okay and some are not. Not sure!

Think its malt vinegar you need to avoid but spirit vinegar is ok

Spirit vinegar is ok to use. Its malt vinegar you must avoid.
