Help me identify this tree

Trying to identify this tree in my garden! It seems to shred and has leaves in February!

Are the leaves a bit like an olive tree? Is it a holm oak...

There's an app called PlantNet. Load it up and then photograph your plant, tree etc. It will help you identify it from the leaves, flowers etc.

A close up of the leaves would be helpful, but the bark and shaping looks a lot like my Poplars.
