Have Tesco Clubcard stopped doing coupons?

I used to get a load of coupons every few weeks for bonus points, but I haven't had any for simply months now. Has anyone else had this problem?

They do them on the app now. That's how I get mine.

I haven't had any in ages and I have a weekly delivery. I thought maybe Clubcard prices had replaced the bonus points ?

Is this the money off coupons? You can get them on the app or the option of the paper vouchers, I chose the paper ones

They have always issued vouchers quarterly, usually, February, May, August and November.

I don’t get any coupons but then I always use their app for everything. All my vouchers and rewards codes are there.

I've had £4 off £40 shop the last 4 weeks. U go in the app and have to add the coupons to card.

Do you mean the "50 extra points if you buy more garlic bread" type vouchers? They're on the app.

I haven't had any of the extra points or pence off coupons (on the app) for months, probably more than a year.
I used to get them (on the app).

I also havent had any coupons for ages (and yes I know the difference between a coupon and a voucher. I've got plenty of vouchers). I use the app almost daily for weekly shop. Its weird. I shop in store and weekly shop delivered so no idea why it stopped.

Yes, exactly - they used to appear at the checkout when ordering online. On the app it's said 'You don't have any active coupons at the moment. Check back soon!' for absolutely ages.

(As PPs have said this is coupons, not vouchers - but the vouchers used to rack up a lot more quickly with the coupons for double points and extras for buying random things)

They sent me a link to a new app about three months ago and they appear there but not in the old app.

I was wondering where they'd gone too -turns out you have to turn on the marketing preferences.

I always turn off marketing notifications so have turned them on, hopefully will see lots of vouchers in the next few days

Having read this I've just gone and checked all my settings, but I was opted into all marketing & notifications - but haven't had coupons for ages.

Just been on the Clubcard app and saw this. I have the grocery app because I do online shops and no coupons have been appearing at checkout for me too.

I’ve had delivery saver for years.

I haven’t received any money off or bonus point vouchers for years….just the Clubcard points I’ve earned.

Am I missing out? How do I get them? My MiL always seems to have paper vouchers for £5 off a £50 spend type thing lying around. I got posted those many years ago but nothing for at least 5 years.

I'm opted in to marketing too - I checked when I contacted them.

In any case, they used to appear at the checkout with check boxes to apply them to the order when logged into the website; they would be applying to my account, the app version shouldn't make a difference. I do have the new app though.

Perhaps I’m too regular with my weekly shop to try and lure in with offers. Or perhaps I don’t spend enough each week?

I wonder why some people get them and others don’t.

The app specifically says 'no vouchers' when I check out

Not impressed if others are getting!
